Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Service and spare parts data management system at Bengkel Mobil Sukses Abadi. The evaluation was conducted to determine the extent to which the system supports workshop operational processes in terms of data recording, Information management, and work Efficiency improvement. The research method used is the PIECES Framework, which consists of six evaluation dimensions: Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 25 respondents who are direct users of the system in the workshop environment. The results show that the Grand Mean value of 3.34 falls into the Fairly Good category. The highest-scoring dimension is Economy (3.51), followed by Information (3.48) and Performance (3.46), all of which are categorized as Good. Meanwhile, Control (3.23), Service (3.20), and Efficiency (3.15) are categorized as Fairly Good. These findings indicate that the system is sufficiently effective in supporting workshop operations; however, several aspects still need improvement, particularly in data Control, work process Efficiency, and user Service quality.Overall, the implemented data management system has provided useful benefits for workshop operations, but further development is still required to achieve a more optimal and efficient system Performance.
