Pengaruh Kompetensi, Self Efficacy dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor pada Perum Damri Cabang Lampung

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, self-efficacy, and work environment on the performance of office employees at Perum Damri Lampung Branch. The research background stems from the finding that Key Performance Indicators (KPI) achievement in 2023 only reached 72% of the 85% target, along with identified gaps in technological proficiency, inter-unit coordination, and work quality. A quantitative method with a descriptive approach was employed. The population consisted of 59 office employees, with the sample taken using a census technique. Data were collected through a Google Form-based questionnaire. The results of multiple regression analysis show that, partially, competence and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment does not have a significant effect. However, simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.553 indicates that 55.3% of the variation in employee performance is explained by competence, self-efficacy, and work environment, while the remaining 44.7% is influenced by other factors. These findings highlight the importance of improving technical competencies and employee confidence in optimizing office staff performance in the public service sector.
