Abstract

The issue of education and teaching is a highly complex one, influenced by several factors. Teachers are a vital component who play a central role in education and guidance. The success of the learning process depends heavily on the role of teachers. The role of teachers is to convey educational topics to pupils through communicative interaction, using textbooks and media as part of a continuous learning process. This study employs a descriptive method and various data collection techniques. Descriptive research is a method used to explain phenomena occurring in the present and the past. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques employed in this study include observation, interviews and literature review. This study has produced a system that facilitates learning for teachers and pupils without the need for face-to-face meetings. The system development method utilises the waterfall approach. This method begins with a system requirements analysis and proceeds systematically through the design, coding, and testing/verification phases. The system is designed to enable teachers to distribute educational materials, assignments and announcements. Furthermore, the system also sets deadlines for the completion of assignments so that teachers can monitor the work assigned. There are also practice exercises for pupils as part of the learning process, aimed at deepening their understanding of the subject matter.
