Analisis Perancangan E-Commerce Menggunakan Content Management System Wordpress pada PT Sejahtera Bersama Telaga

The development of information technology has changed the way humans interact and transact, including in the health sector. PT Sejahtera Bersama Telaga, as a distributor of medical devices, seeks to improve marketing and sales efficiency by developing an e-commerce platform based on the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). This study aims to analyze and design an e-commerce system that suits the company's business needs, identify important features needed, and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to increase visibility in search engines. The method used is the Waterfall method, which consists of stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, as well as Fishbone analysis to identify problems in the current marketing and sales process. The results of the study indicate that the development of an e-commerce platform can increase sales, expand market reach, and provide easy access for customers, and the implementation of an effective SEO strategy is expected to increase visitor traffic to the website. This study is expected to contribute to the development of an online health product marketing information system in the future.
