In recent years, the café industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth. Changes in people’s lifestyles that are becoming increasingly dynamic, along with the rising interest in coffee consumption, have driven the expansion of coffee shops in various regions. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Cortans Koffie, Bangkinang. The research employs a quantitative approach with a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling, involving 100 respondents. The collected data were processed using SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that: (1) service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (3 service quality and store atmosphere have a significant effect on customer satisfaction
