Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Account Representative, Sosialisasi Perpajakan, Digitalisasi Perpajakan, dan Tingkat Pendidikan Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak UMKM

This study aims to analyze the effect of account representative service quality, tax socialization, tax digitalization, and education level on the tax compliance of UMKM taxpayers in Padang City. The study employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires. Each statement in the questionnaire was measured using a Likert scale. The primary data were obtained directly from UMKM taxpayers registered with the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM of Padang City. The results of the study indicate that account representative service quality and tax digitalization have a significant effect on UMKM taxpayer compliance in Padang City. Tax socialization has an insignificant effect on UMKM taxpayer compliance in Padang City, while education level also shows no significant effect on UMKM taxpayer compliance in Padang City.
