To ensure the quality of academic services in line with the investments made, higher education institutions need to conduct Information System audits to measure the capability and maturity level of their system services while providing recommendations for future service performance improvements. XYZ Polytechnic is a vocational higher education institution whose core business focuses on academic activities, making it highly dependent on the Academic Information System (AIS). This study audits the Academic Information System of XYZ Polytechnic using the COBIT 5 Framework, particularly the Delivery, Service and Support (DSS) domain, to evaluate service performance and capability. In addition, the TIA/942 standard is applied to assess the suitability of the Data Center infrastructure in supporting the security and reliability of AIS services. The results indicate that the capability level of the Academic Information System services in the DSS domain is at Level 1 (Performed Process), meaning that the institution has only reached the stage of recognizing and performing information system activities within the organization. Furthermore, the assessment of the Data Center infrastructure in the DSS05 domain based on the TIA/942 standard reveals that the current infrastructure does not fully comply with the standard, primarily due to the absence of continuous 24-hour monitoring.
