Pengukuran Kualitas Website Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Menggunakan Metode Delone dan Mclean

Evaluation of the quality of government agency websites plays an important role in ensuring the effectiveness of information delivery and the provision of public services digitally. This study aims to assess the level of success and quality of the website of the Manpower and Transmigration Office by adopting the DeLone and McLean model. This model includes six main components that are the basis for measurement, namely System Quality, Information Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, Individual Impact, and Organizational Impact. The study was conducted with a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to active users of the website. The test results of the quality of the Manpower and Transmigration Office website showed that System Quality had a value of 76% which means a Good quality system, Information Quality which had a value of 73.5% meaning Good Information Quality, Service Quality with a value of 76% which means Good Information Service, System Use had a value of 70.66667% which means Good System Use, User Satisfaction with a value of 72.66667% with Very Good, Net Benefit with a value of 79.33333% meaning Good Net Benefit.
