Abstract

This study focuses on comprehensively examining the influence of communication, loyalty, and career development on employee performance at PT Surya Teknologi, with the background of the importance of internal factors in improving the effectiveness of human resources work in the company environment. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach involving 45 employees as respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique, so that all members of the population are used as research samples. Data collection was carried out through a structured questionnaire which was then analyzed using validity tests, reliability, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression, accompanied by hypothesis testing through F tests, t tests and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis. The results of the analysis show that communication, loyalty, and career development each have a positive influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, and are able to explain 83.4% of performance variation based on the coefficient of determination (R²) value.
