Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based inventory information system for the school canteen at SDIT Khalifah Cendekia Mandiri. The objectives of this research are: (1) to design an information system that enables the school canteen to manage its inventory; and (2) to evaluate the feasibility and practicality of the system. This study employs a Research and Development (R&D) method using the Waterfall development model, which consists of five stages: needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through interviews and documentation.The results of the study indicate that the developed information system facilitates inventory tracking, sales transactions, financial reporting, and enhances data transparency between the canteen and its investors. Based on expert validation, the system is considered highly feasible, and the practicality test shows that the system is user-friendly and efficient.
