Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Jasa Foto Berbasis Web menggunakan Metode Waterfall

Service management in photography businesses requires a system capable of supporting booking activities and data processing in a more organized manner. Sharana Studio Photography still relies on Instagram and WhatsApp for service bookings, while customer data and scheduling records are managed using Google Sheets. This condition makes data management less effective and increases the risk of recording errors and schedule conflicts. This study was conducted to develop a web-based photography booking information system that can improve service efficiency at Sharana Studio Photography. The system development process applied the Waterfall method, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The application was developed using the CodeIgniter framework, MySQL database, and integrated online payment features through Midtrans. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and literature studies to ensure the system matched the studio’s operational requirements. Based on Black Box Testing results, all application features functioned properly according to user requirements. In addition, user evaluation results showed a satisfaction score of 92.16%, categorized as very good. The developed system is expected to improve service management efficiency and simplify the online booking process for customers.
