Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Zona Sehat Berbasis Android dan Metode Waterfall di Klinik Kampus INSTIDLA

This research aims to Design and develop an Android-based health application called Zona Sehat as an innovative solution for INSTIDLA Campus Clinics in overcoming operational constraints of medical services. The main problems identified include long wait times and limitations of integrated medical records. The research method uses a software engineering approach with the Waterfall model, through the stages of needs analysis, Design, Implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data was collected from 20 students and 5 medical personnel using observations, interviews, and questionnaires. System evaluation is carried out using the Black Box testing method to validate functionality and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure user satisfaction. The results of the study show that the Healthy Zone application was successfully developed with all the main features functioning one hundred percent according to the specifications without errors. A SUS score of 80.8 puts the app in the category of excellent and absolutely acceptable. The implications of this study confirm that the Healthy Zone application is able to become an inclusive and user-friendly digital solution in bridging the limitations of medical information between patients and health facilities. Going forward, these applications have the potential to be expanded through strategic partnerships as well as the integration of artificial intelligence for more precise disease prevention diagnosis.
