Sistem Informasi Manajemen Perjalanan Dinas Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) Pada Dinas Kesehatan Kab Muara Enim

Abstract

In the current digital era, government institutions need information systems that can manage official travel administration effectively and efficiently. At the Muara Enim Regency Health Office, the management of official travel, including the preparation of Assignment Letters and Official Travel Orders, is still carried out conventionally using Microsoft Word. This condition causes several problems, such as document writing errors, repeated revisions, delays in the approval process, and difficulties in monitoring and evaluating employee performance due to the lack of data integration. This study aims to design and develop a Web-based Official Travel Management Information System at the Muara Enim Regency Health Office. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which emphasizes speed and flexibility in developing systems according to user requirements. The results show that the developed system is capable of managing the creation, submission, and approval of SPT and SPPD, recording activity logbooks, and conducting employee performance assessment and evaluation in an integrated manner. The implementation of this system makes official travel administration more structured, efficient, and produces more accurate reports.
