Essential for underpinning the community's societal and financial functions are shared resources like roadways and overpasses. Nevertheless, Gringsing Sub-district commonly faces impaired amenities, with repairs delayed because of a deficient notification process. Significant difficulties arise from both the absence of community involvement in making reports and the use of outdated, traditional approaches. The intention of this investigation is to create and implement a web-accessible application for reporting harm to amenities, providing immediate notifications complete with geographic data and image records. The foundation for this research comes from the accomplishments of comparable applications in different regions, which have demonstrated a rise in the effectiveness of amenity upkeep. It is predicted that this platform will encourage more community involvement, shorten the time it takes for the government to act, and foster open and honest communal assistance in Gringsing Sub-district. In addition, this system is also expected to improve the accuracy of data reporting and facilitate the process of monitoring and evaluating infrastructure improvements on an ongoing basis.
