Analisis Efektivitas Aplikasi LPI Inventory Control Management System Menggunakan Metode Pieces Framework
(Studi Kasus PT LLOYD Pharma Indonesia)

In the era of pharmaceutical digitalization, inventory management systems are vital for stock accuracy and supply chain efficiency. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the LPI Inventory Control Management System at the PPIC Department of PT Lloyd Pharma Indonesia, which replaced their conventional system. The evaluation utilizes the PIECES framework (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service) through a quantitative approach supported by SPSS statistical analysis. The results indicate that the application is highly effective, achieving an accumulative mean score of 4.005. The Information indicator recorded the highest score (4.166), confirming the system's ability to provide fast and accurate data. Statistically, the research instruments were declared valid (r > 0.361) and reliable, with Cronbach’s Alpha values exceeding 0.730, where the Service dimension emerged as the most consistent (0.746). Correlation analysis (> 0.7) demonstrates strong synergy between items in explaining the PIECES variables. Overall, the system is proven reliable in enhancing operational efficiency, though periodic monitoring is recommended to maintain service quality.
