Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee performance at the PT. Adi Sarana Armada Tb. Lampung Branch is impacted by organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and job satisfaction. PT. Adi Sarana Armada Tb Lampung Branch has a total of 45 employees, and all study participants are drawn from this workforce using census or saturated sample procedures. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis method employed, and the software used is SPSS 25.0 for Windows. Descriptive quantitative research methodology was applied in this study. According to the findings of hypothesis testing, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) have a favorable and significant impact on workers' productivity. These two variables have a 38.5% percentage influence on employee performance, with other factors having a 61.5% influence.
