Abstract

Gudang middle mile memiliki fungsi sebagai penghubung antara first mile dan last mile delivery [1]. Sebagai Gudang middle mile Palembang adalah Gudang besar penghubung untuk daerah sumatera selatan, Gudang ini memiliki SLA KPI yang kurang baik selama bulan November 2021- januari 2021 yaitu late picking, sending dan sorting sebanyak 2870 AWB. Setelah dilakukn define menggunakan Value Stream Mapping dan improvement menggunakan pendekatan re-layout dan Job leveling maka didapatkan perbaikan kesalahan yang terjadi pada bulan februari-april 2022 yaitu sebanyak 289 AWB. Dari hasil Value stream mapping future state didapatkan total waktu proses yang lebih baik setelah dilakukan perbaikan dengan menggunakan re-layout dan job leveling. Selain itu dalam penelitian didapatkan jika terdapat optimalisasi kebutuhan man power yang sebelumnya sebanyak lima orang menjadi empat orang.
