Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and financial efficacy on investment intention among Generation Z in West Kalimantan. The research employed a survey method using an online questionnaire and involved 260 respondents. A quantitative approach was applied, and the data were statistically analyzed using Microsoft Excel and SmartPLS software. The results indicate that all independent variables—attitude toward behavior (SP), subjective norms (NS), perceived behavioral control (KP), and financial efficacy (EF)—have a positive and significant effect on investment intention (NB) among Generation Z in West Kalimantan. These findings suggest that the more positive an individual's attitude toward investment, the stronger the social support received, the higher the perceived control, and the better the financial efficacy, the greater the intention of Generation Z in West Kalimantan to invest.
