Technological developments have made search engines the primary means of obtaining information quickly and efficiently. Differences in speed performance between search engines can impact user effectiveness in searching for data and support work productivity. This study aims to analyze and compare the speed of data search processes on Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft Bing. The research method used is quantitative, with 25 response time tests on each search engine using the same keywords. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, averages, standard deviations, linear regression, and one-way ANOVA tests. The results showed that Google had the fastest average response time of 0.22 seconds with the best level of stability, while Yahoo had an average of 0.96 seconds and Bing 1.01 seconds with a higher level of fluctuation. The ANOVA test showed significant differences between the three search engines in the data search process. This study contributes to the development of information systems studies and serves as a reference for users in choosing a search engine.
