Abstract

E-learning is now a key academic facility in computer-related faculties because it enables flexible access to course materials, supports independent study, and facilitates digital interaction in learning activities. Its success, however, should not be viewed only from the existence of the platform. Evaluation also needs to consider system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and the net benefits perceived by students. This research examines the success of an e-learning system using the DeLone & McLean Information System Success Model. The study employed a descriptive quantitative case-study design involving 22 active students who had experience using the platform. Data were obtained through Likert-scale questionnaires and open-ended questions about user constraints and improvement suggestions. The results show that students are generally able to operate e-learning independently. Nevertheless, the weakest aspects were server reliability and the regularity of lecturer-uploaded course materials. These findings indicate an imbalance between students' digital readiness and institutional support in providing stable technology and complete learning content. Therefore, improvements in server capacity, material availability, and user assistance are needed to increase the effectiveness of e-learning implementation.
