Abstract

The development of Blockchain technology and its widespread adoption through the Binance platform requires a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of user satisfaction using the PIECES Framework, which encompasses the dimensions of Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service. A PIECES-based analysis enables the identification of dominant factors influencing user satisfaction, including system performance, quality of information, service reliability, security mechanisms, and transaction costs, all of which directly impact user loyalty, trust, and long-term retention. In the local context of Bengkulu, this research is highly relevant not only for understanding the user experience of students and the general public but also for examining behavioral patterns and expectations toward digital financial platforms. Furthermore, this study provides practical and strategic recommendations for application developers, policymakers, regulators, and academics in enhancing service quality, strengthening security frameworks, improving system efficiency, and adapting policies to better align with user needs and technological advancements. Thus, this research contributes to the enrichment of the academic literature on Blockchain-based information systems while also offering an empirical foundation for formulating effective strategies to improve, innovate, and sustainably develop digital financial services in Indonesia.
